What is the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is just 1 KG for retail orders. For wholesale or bulk orders, we recommend a minimum of 10 KG per grade for best pricing. Feel free to contact us for custom requirements.
Do you ship outside India?
Currently, we focus on Pan-India delivery. For international enquiries or export partnerships, please reach out to us directly via email and we'll evaluate the possibilities.
How do I participate in the tea auction?
To participate in our online bidding portal, you need to register as a buyer. Contact us via this form or call us, and our team will set up your account and guide you through the bidding process.
What tea grades are available?
We offer a wide range of Assam teas including BP, BOP, BOPSM, CTC, Dust, PF, OF, and more. Each grade is sourced from verified Assam gardens and certified at the Guwahati Auction Centre.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days across India, depending on your location. Assam and North-East orders are usually faster. We provide tracking details for all shipments.
Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes! We offer sample packs for potential wholesale partners. Contact us mentioning the grade you're interested in and we'll arrange a sample at a nominal cost.
